A credit card is required to be on file in order to book an appointment.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are subject to a 100% charge to the card on file for service(s) scheduled.

No shows for scheduled appointments will have their card charged the full service amount. A $50 non-refundable deposit for all future appointments will be required. Multiple no show appointments forfeit future appointments with us.

Pre-booking fill appointments is highly recommended. You must have at least 40% of your existing lash extensions to be considered for a fill. Fills are done every two to three weeks. If you do not have 40% of your lash extensions remaining, we will complete what we can. You may need to book an additional appointment to achieve desired fullness.

We accept foreign fills if the previous work was done correctly. Please be aware a removal and full set may be needed. Foreign fills are at a set price.

All clients are required to follow proper aftercare. If you do not follow proper aftercare it can affect the health and longevity of your lashes and brows. It’s a team effort between the client and artist to ensure healthy long lasting extensions and brows.
